Where do you ship to?
We currently ship worldwide, including the UK and UAE. If your location isn’t available at checkout, reach out to us—we’ll do our best to accommodate.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer complimentary shipping on orders to the UK and UAE. Standard shipping rates apply for international orders.
How long does shipping take?
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- UK: 1-5 business days, depending on the selected service.
- UAE: Same-day delivery within Dubai, next-day delivery across the UAE.
- Europe: 3-7 business days.
- International: 3-8 business days (depending on location and customs).
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.

UK & International
- Royal Mail: Tracked 24 (1-2 days) & Tracked 48 (3-5 days).
- DPD: Next-day and Saturday delivery options.
- UPS Express (International): 3-5 business days.
- Royal Mail Standard (International): 5-8 business days.
UAE
- Same-Day Delivery: Available within Dubai.
- Next-Day Delivery: Available across the UAE via Aramex.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We can only accept returns on unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. If the product has been opened or used, we are unable to offer a return or refund.
How do I request a refund?
If your product is unopened and unused and you would like to request a return, please email us at support@balmspace.com with your order number. Once your return is received, we will process your refund to your original payment method.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your product arrives damaged or faulty, we are happy to arrange an exchange.
Please email support@balmspace.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
Can I exchange a product?
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to swap a product, we recommend returning it and placing a new order.
