1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only for unopened items within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and unused to qualify for a return.
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, we will offer a replacement or a full refund. Please contact our support team with photos of the damaged item.
2. Returns Policy (UK)
We offer a convenient Royal Mail return portal, allowing customers to easily process their returns. To use the portal, simply scan the QR code we provide, which can be found on the packing list inside the order mailer bag.
If preferred, we can also arrange a return collection on your behalf using DPD courier.
- Within the UAE: Please notify us at least one day in advance to arrange a return.
- International Returns: We use DHL and Aramex for return collections in GCC countries.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
