Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Unfortunately, we do not ship on Sundays.

2. UK Delivery
We offer the following shipping options within the UK:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48: Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24: Typically offers next-day delivery for items sent within the UK if dispatched before the cut-off time. However, next-day delivery is not guaranteed and may take up to 2 business days, depending on factors such as location and weather conditions.
  • DPD Next Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 2 PM, Monday to Thursday. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday.
  • DPD Saturday Delivery: Available for orders placed before 2 PM on Fridays.

3. UAE Delivery
We offer the following shipping options within the UAE:

  • Same-Day Delivery: Available within Dubai.
  • Next-Day Delivery via Aramex: Available for Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah via Aramex.
  • International Delivery: Takes 3-5 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Unfortunately, we do not ship on Sundays.

4. International Delivery
We offer the following international shipping options:

  • UPS Express: Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing.
  • Royal Mail Standard Delivery: Estimated delivery time is 5-8 business days, though it may vary based on the destination.

5. Shipping Costs & Customs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery method and destination. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
